    Rules & Regulations

    • Students should abide themselves with the rules & regulations framed by the college authorities. Any misbehaviour bringing dis-reputation to the college will not be tolerated. 75
    • Students should attend all their theory & practical classes. Students should not remain absent without permission of the college authorities. Minimurn 75% of attendance is compulsory to fill in the examination form. In case of default, college has the rights to withhold the examination form of the concerned student.
    • Students will have to attend all the tests & terminal examination conducted by the college.
    • Students are not allowed to set up any kind of organizations and associations in the college. A student should not bring along with him/her any outsider other than parents in the college premises.
    • a) Consumption of Smoking/alcoholic drinks/Guthaka/Pan Masala is strictly prohibited in the college premises.
      b) As per the circular of Maharashtra Govt, students are not allowed to use mobile phones in the college premises. Any student found making use of mobile phones will be punished and fined accordingly.
    • A student should carry his Identity Card duly filled and signed by the college authorities to the college everyday. The college identity card should be produced by the students Immediately on demand by the college authorities, teaching and non-teaching staff of the college.
    • Students should note that causing damage to the college property is cognizable offence.
    • Roaming in the college premises is strictly not allowed. Students are expected to be in the Classroom, Laboratories or Library reading room.
    • Any sort of grievances can be brought to the notice of the Members of Discipline Committee or the Principal.

    • Any outsider (who is not a student of this college), will be treated as a Tress Passer.
    • If a student wants to lodge any complaint or make any written representation, it should be through proper channel.
    • If a student does not behave according to above mentioned rules the college may inflict any of the following punishments.
      a) Cancellation of Admission.
      b) Withdrawal of Board Exam. form.
      c) Debarring from the Examination for a specific period not exceeding five years.
      d) Cancellation of Exam. Result.
      e) Rustication for specific period.
      f) Imposition of fine.
      g) Non Refund of Deposits.
    • Students in whose place a dummy student offers examination, he/she will be liable to go through legal action. His/Her admission will stand cancelled automatically. Also he/she will not be given admission next year in the college.
    • Parents must meet to class teacher & subject teacher regarding the studies, attendance or any other query and discuss the solution.
    • Once the admission is taken the fees will not be refunded back for any reason of cancellation of admission.
